
Yess Salmon! I love salmon. And i prefer a fresh wild salmon that’s cut fresh from the local market. It tastes way better that those whose stored up in the supermarket. The color is amazingly orange and beautiful.
How i like to cleanse the fishy smell :
- Put the fish into a cold water with a drop or two of Lemon Essential Oil (or squeezed 1/2 of lemon) for couple of minutes
- Then move the fish into a bowl filled with UHT milk or fresh milk
- Or when i don’t have that much time – i’d like to put then into the milk with 1-2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil for 15 minutes
- I find This method is the best in cleansing the fishy smell
Bake Fish and Veggies :
- After we clean the smell, put in a baking tray with alluminium foil underneath –
- Dash salt and pepper onto the fish both sides
- I brush a little bit of garlic oil (fry some chopped garlic with olive oil until its brown and smelling good – pick it up with all the oils)
- The same goes to the veggies. Add some garlic, garlic oil, and seasoning
- Bake them until its done
