Vegan Choco Chips Cookies

When all you crave is a cookie 🍪

Chocolate chips cookie is my weakness. I crave them A LOT! Eating from packs let me to think about all the preservatives! So browse some recipes and tried a tasty vegan choco chips cookies!

Ingredients :

  • 200 gr cacao butter unrefiend
  • 200 gr coconut / palm sugar (soft)
  • 1 egg
  • 200 gr gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 tbs dark chocolate powder
  • Dark chocolate chips / chunks
  • 1 tsp baking soda (optional)

How to make it :

  • Melt your butter – as a vegan butter is harder than the dairy contained butter. It won’t soften up. (Or you can find a softer vegan butter, like sunflower oil butter – so it doesn’t have to be melted)
  • Wet ingredients : Mix the butter and sugar and egg with a mixer
  • Dry ingredients : Put the flour (filtered them), choco powder and baking soda in a separate bowl
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients above
  • Put the chocolate chips and chunks, stir them thoroughly
  • Use an ice cream scoop and scoop them to a tray. Freeze them in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  • Bake them in 180C for 11 minutes. Take them out and let them cool down in the tray before moving them out
The dough will be hard – but thats fine you’re doing right
Didnt have a scoop with me so using hands

If you’re making it too much – or maybe its just you and your partner and wont be eating this like 5 a day – you could simply put all the rounded dough in a lunch box and bake them when you are running out of the baked cookies – which i think wont be too long as this is so hard to resist 😀

You can also use a coconut flour.
