
Salsa is well known in almost every country! It’s freshness has made it perfect for many dishes. I love all things fresh as my companion when eating my lunch. Whilst making a salmon wrap, i decided to prep a quick Salsa!
Salsa probably the simplest recipe, all you have to do is chopping and mixing all the ingredients and there you have it.
- Pineapple, chop
- Onion ring, chop
- Tomatoes, chop
- Red pepper, chop
- Green pepper, chop
- 1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Italian herbs
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- Parsley
After mixing them up, i’d like to rest them a little bit and put it in the fridge to cool down before eating it with the main course.

There are so many things to do Salsa with, a tortila seems nice or even pasta.
