Salmon Mushroom Salad Bowl

Salmon, lettuce, mushroom, lemon, onion, tomatoes, and homemade vegan mayo

Mix everything i have on the fridge and i’ll call it salad lol. This is actually a mix of my Classic Lemon Mushroom mix with tomatoes and salmon in a bowl.

  • Grill / bake the salmon in the pan with small heat until it’s cooked
  • Put some olive oil and grill the mushroom until its brown (i prefer not to wash it – but simply wipe it off to clean it. The dry the mushroom, the better it will colored upon the grill). After all the mushroom has pretty brown color, put in (chopped onion and garlic, 1 tbs of vegan butter, parsley, lemon shred). Stir them altogether, squeeze a lemon add salt and pepper.
  • After its cooked, turn off the heat. Add the tomatoes and salmon.
  • Put into a bowl with some lettuce

It tastes so fresh and good. The lemon wins it. I also add Vegan Mayo for dressings. Will post it on another post 🙂
