When making salsa leaving out 2 belll peppers behind, lets make a chicken stuffed with it!
For the Chicken Stuffed :
- 250 gr Grinded chicken
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 tbs cornstarch powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbs unsalted vegan butter
- 1 egg
Blend them in a foor processor until everything blended.
Prep the bell peppers and stuffed it in, add an egg on top of it and cheese. Bake them in 150 C for 15-20 minutes.
We can also steam the chicken stuff and it will be ready to eat with or without bell peppers. Its very handy to be given to children because it is easier for them to chew.
