Have Almond Butter leftover? No worries, this is a simple recipe you can make with Almond Butter. No mixer needed, all you need is a fork – and an oven still lol
Almond Butter. You can make it homemade or buy a homemade Almond Butter – there are quite a lot of seller nowadays, in Indonesia, that sells a homemade almond butter. Or you can also use peanut butter.
Flour. I use a gluten free cassava flour. But you can use Almond Flour or All purpose flour.
Sugar. I use coconut sugar.
Milk. You can use plant milk or water is also fine.
Additional. You’ll need baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract
Mix everything in a bowl, stir well. Make round shape in a tray, then use a fork to press it down 2 times to make a diagonal pattern.
Put a bread sheet in the tray and bake them for 13 minutes in 180 C. (If you’re oven is an up and down heat, use down heat for 10 minutes then turn on the upper heat for the rest 3 minutes).
