TROPICAL SALMON SALAD

It’s sweet, it’s sour, it’s so delicate! It’s probably my favorite salad mix so far.

Mayonaise. I’d recommend to make your own homemade mayo, as it’s so easy to make and a healthier option for sure. Check the recipe here.

Protein. I use Salmon. Simply grilled it in the pan with small heat until it’s all done. Take the meat part and put it in the salad bowl.

Tropical Touch. I use grapes and pineapple. Mixing them together makes everything perfect.

Herbs. You can add parsley and tarragon. I use only parsley this time as it’s harder to find any herbs in my country. And of course an onion ring for salad.

Veggies. I use the basic veggies which is lettuce.

Secret Ingredients. To add some crunch and taste, add some roasted almond!!! Roast some sliced almond in a pan until it’s brown and add them in. You won’t regret it.
