CELERY JUICE

One of the best and cheap stuff for clearing eczema is Celery! And honestly it doesn’t taste that bad even without anything added to it.

All you need is big celery for juice / salad (not the thin and small ones for cooking purpose) because we’re going to use all of the stems.

Simply wash the stems thoroughly with veggie wash or apple cider vinegar to clean the pest and bacteries. Put it in the blender with water, blend it and filter it to the glass. I use a filter cloth.

If you are just about to start trying celert juice, i recommend to use only the stem. If you’d like to advance it, you can use some of it’s leaves. The leaves will have a stronger smell and taste for sure. Coole it on the fridge for better enjoyment.
