It tastes fresh and light, it’s tzatziki. If you’re looking for a dipping for your veggies or patties but got a little bored with mayonaise, you could try making tzatziki instead.

Greek yogurt. We want a creamy plain yogurt without flavoring. It’s not vegan for sure because it contains dairy. For a vegan version, you could use chickpea.

Cucumber. Grate fresh cucumbers.

Herbs. I use green onion and dill

Mix everything together and make it as a dip for your celery, or salmon patties like my previous recipe, etc.
