These Einkorn crackers are crunchy for all times and you could eat it just like nachos. You can enjoy it with vegan cheese sauce or guacamole or even take it to sweet side with any spreads or jam.
For the ingredients :
- 1 cup of Einkorn flour (or all purpose)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 cup hot water
Simply mix all the ingredients, knead it and part it to 4 pieces and roll it thin with the rolling pin.
Take the thin dough and put it on the pan until it’s crisp.
