
This is probably a side dish that i often make. It’s so fresh, and enlighten any dish that comes with it. It’s basically no need any cooking process just mixing everything into one bowl and you’re set!
Contents. It only contains of 5 main ingredients , which are pineapple, tomatoes, paprika, parsley, and onion.
Seasonings. A lemon and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar for the acidity. And yeah, that is all you need. Only add salt and pepper if you feel need to.

Cut everything in cube sizes, minced the parsley and add all the seasonings. Keep in the fridge for a cold and even fresh taste.
You can enjoy Salsa with tortilla, taco or even a grilled fish and rice.
