With only einkorn flakes, oatmilk and blueberries, i could already call this a very nice breakfast 🙂
This time, i didn’t make my own einkorn flakes – this is Young Living US ‘s Einkorn Flakes. I am really into Young Living’s Einkorn range, you need to try the Einkorn Flour, it’s done so well in my baking cakes / cookies.

And if you’re avoiding dairy, oatmilk is one of the easiest option to make your own. Not as creamy as dairy, but surely also enjoyable.
HOMEMADE OATMILK
- 1 cup raw Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oat
- 4 cup water
- 2 tbs organic maple syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- Filter cloth
There are only 2 steps for this, put everything in a blender and blend them for 30-45 seconds. Make sure to not blend them too long, as the oats will get slimy when the blender is heated. And filter it with a filter cloth.
Store the oatmilk in the fridge for 2-3 days.
