Hawaiian Mango Salad

When it comes to mango season, i can’t help to not buying it lol. The sweetness of Mango and the softness of it seems to be addicting. And since Indonesia is in mango season, let’s make the most of it.

What i love the most about making salad is how i could just store it for couple of days and not worrying about the veggies intake i should make the day after. I could just cook a simple protein dish and take out my salad and enjoy my complete dish. I think that’s why i make salad quite often. It’s easy, non processed, and such a time saver dish.

This salad is the mix of vegetables and fruit with of course my homemade mayonaise dressings.

Vegetables. I use organic spinach and zucchini.

Fruits. I use Mango and red grapes.

It tastes sweet and sour and match perfectly. Another reason to take more vegetables and fruits altogether, isn’t it?!
