
If you are a tom yam lover just like me, then you’ll certainly love this dish! It’s a bit sour, spicy and has a very fresh taste in the every bite.
- Little tips to prevent the fish having funky smell, simply soak it in a bowl of milk for 1-2 minutes and wash it with mineral water
- Blend some garlic, red onion, tomatoes and chili with bit of water
- Then bring that blend to the pan with bit of oil and cook it
- Add some lime leaves, lemongrass, bit of ginger and galangal
- Also add some chopped tomatoes
- Add some seasonings : salt, pepper, garlic powder and mushroom powder
- Squeeze bit of lime and cook until it’s cooked
- Put the fish on top of it and cook until the fish is cooked through
- Add some chopped celery / parsley on top

Ingredients :
- A pack of cherry tomatoes (separate half of it for blending and some for chopping)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 cloves Red Onion
- 8-10 pcs Red Chili (add more if you like it spicy)
- Lime Leaves and Lime Juice (Spare some lime fruit to slice as garnish)
- 2 sticks Lemongrass, smash it with the back of knife
- Bit of Galangal and ginger
- Seasoning : Salt, Pepper, Mushroom Powder, Garlic Powder
- Fish (and milk to soak)
- Minced Celery / Parsley
