If you are a tom yam lover just like me, then you’ll certainly love this dish! It’s a bit sour, spicy and has a very fresh taste in the every bite.

  • Little tips to prevent the fish having funky smell, simply soak it in a bowl of milk for 1-2 minutes and wash it with mineral water
  • Blend some garlic, red onion, tomatoes and chili with bit of water
  • Then bring that blend to the pan with bit of oil and cook it
  • Add some lime leaves, lemongrass, bit of ginger and galangal
  • Also add some chopped tomatoes
